15% co-hosting
Pricing, listing strategy and guest messaging. You keep your cleaning and landscaping arrangements.
20% with vendor coordination
Includes coordinating agreed cleaner and landscaper services where dependable local coverage is available. You pay their invoices separately.
Our management fee is based on accommodation charges after discounts, excluding cleaning charges, taxes, deposits and reimbursements. Your agreement sets out the full scope and how refunds and cancellations are handled.
